As UDOO co-founder, I led five product programs from concept and design to Kickstarter campaign strategy and go-to-market operations (2013-2021). My leadership in launching four UDOO campaigns on Kickstarter garnered $2.5M in funding, with more than 140k UDOO computers sold worldwide and coverage from TechCrunch, Wired, and CNN.

2021
I led the concept and launch of UDOO KEY as a fully programmable RP2040 + ESP32 platform with Wi-Fi and BLE. RP2040 was the first chip ever designed and produced by Raspberry Pi. With KEY we kept UDOO’s core idea: one chip dedicated to physical-world I/O and sensors, one focused on digital connectivity and logic.
2018
I drove UDOO BOLT from product strategy to Kickstarter as our high-performance leap: AMD Ryzen Embedded V1000 (4 cores / 8 threads, 12-25W TDP), Radeon Vega 8 graphics, plus an Arduino Leonardo-compatible ATmega32U4 to keep physical prototyping simple and immediate.
2016
With UDOO X86 I focused on bringing PC-class x86 power into a compact low-consumption board: Intel 64-bit quad-core (14nm, 5-6W) with integrated Arduino 101, BLE, and onboard 6-axis motion sensing. The Kickstarter campaign reached 4,245 backers and validated strong market demand.
2015
For UDOO NEO I pushed a credit-card-sized architecture based on NXP i.MX 6SoloX, combining two specialized cores to keep the UDOO principle intact: one dedicated to physical-world I/O and sensors, the other to digital workloads. We integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 9-axis sensors for real Android/Linux edge scenarios.
2013
This was the first UDOO I co-founded and launched: built on the iconic NXP i.MX6, it united Linux, Android, and Arduino in a single board and opened full access to both i.MX6 and Arduino I/O. It defined the product DNA we scaled across all the following generations.
